1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the sale of embroidered and printed t-shirts by S&S Clothing Company Limited (“the Company”) to the buyer (“the Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Orders and Acceptance:
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments:
3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.
4. Delivery:
4.1 The Company will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated delivery time.
4.2 The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.
5. Use of Images and Marketing:
5.1 By purchasing from the Company, the Buyer consents to the use of images of the purchased t-shirts on the Company’s social media platforms and marketing materials.
5.2 The Buyer agrees that the Company may use the Buyer’s company name and logo in its marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, websites, and social media posts.
6. Updates to this Policy:
6.1 Order cancelation and or returns is strictly not accepted
7. Liability:
7.1 The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the supply of goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
7.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7.3 The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by washing or storage of the t-shirts after delivery
8. Governing Laws:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
9. Ammendments:
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
